Our family's story. Not too exciting..But I don't want to forget a single second!
over the break, I spent the first week at home relaxing and preparing for christmas. The second week, we were off for Taos, New Mexico. My parents are building a new home in Steamboat and it's not quite ready yet, and the old house is all packed up, so we headed to the Taos house. It was a blast! I was super stressed that Hayzen would not sleep since he was in a strange place and at such a high altitude, but he did GREAT. Slept every night until eight or nine in the morning. He also played at ski school and went on many hikes. It was so hard to head back to Texas. I feel so blessed to have parents who let us come up and ski and eat and party at their house. It was even harder to go back to work today. Although I couldn't see myself staying home full time, I am praying that the right part time job finds me next year.
