My very first running injury :(

I have been running for as long as I can remember and I have NEVER gotten hurt. Yes, I know this makes me lucky. However, I wish my time didn't have to come 9 days before my third half marathon... I injured my IT Band. Most likely because I have been running on uneven roads... So after MUCH facebook and google research I bought some KTape. It supposedly has magical powers to take away the pain and provide support. Not sure how it works exactly. Something to do with capillaries, but lo and behold I put it on and BAM. Pain almost gone. So here's hoping me and my magical KTape can run 13 miles on Sunday!
