Head Injury Number 2 occurred last night, almost one year after the previous head injury. He slipped trying to get in the shower with his brother and hit his head on the step going into the shower. A MASSIVE goose egg and lots of blood instantly appeared and we loaded up to head to the ER. On the way, he was laughing, giggling, and sucking down milk. So instead we swung by Bryan's sister's house because she is a PICU nurse. She said to ice it and go back home and wake him every two hours that night. So we did. I have a feeling we will be at the hospital a lot with this wee one. I would just like to get the first ER visit paid off first...
